I wouldn’t say I was a good cook. I can handle myself in a kitchen if I’m cooking something I am familiar with, but otherwise I’m a basic home cook. One thing I have been Looking to tackle is a German Pancake ala Walker Brothers Original Pancake House. It took about ten tries over a few months. I’d review a new recipe, see how it did and then tweek it based on the taste. Today I finally got the closest one to date. I will keep fine tuning, but this is it for now.
